About the Marketing Growth Generalist Position

Join Expensify to decode user behavior and design smart, data-driven strategies that keep users engaged. This role bridges marketing, product, and data to transform behavioral insights into experiments, messaging, and engagement strategies.

About You

You are analytical and comfortable with data tools such as HubSpot, FullStory, and Google Tag Manager. You excel at creating onboarding, activation, and re-engagement journeys. Detail oriented, you manage tracking tags, segment audiences, and work across departments. Your expertise includes A/B testing, growth experiments with clear metrics, managing agency partnerships, and hands-on SQL data analysis.

Daily Focus & Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and iterate on lifecycle email campaigns.
  • Monitor product usage to detect trends and improvement areas.
  • Design and optimize a scalable customer referral program.
  • Ensure clean tracking and data integrity with tools like GTM, HubSpot, and FullStory.
  • Manage agency partners on landing page testing, CRO experiments, and A/B initiatives.
  • Develop and analyze cross-channel experiments with structured metrics.
  • Oversee feature launches including customer communications and press releases.

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years experience in growth, lifecycle, or analytics-driven marketing in a SaaS or product-led company. Proficiency with behavioral analytics and email marketing tools, experience managing agency relationships, excellent communication, and a self-starter attitude are essential.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time salaried position offering $125,000 - $150,000 including equity, alongside 401k with employer match, comprehensive health benefits, $20k family planning benefit, relocation reimbursement, paid parental leave, commuter benefits, and a flexible vacation policy.
