Senior Product Manager, Search Intent
We are building the next-generation lodging search experience used by millions across Expedia, Hotels.com, and Vrbo. As a strategic and collaborative leader, you will shape how travelers express intent and discover the perfect stay.
In This Role, You Will
- Translate AI and ML capabilities into intuitive travel experiences.
- Collaborate with PMs on Query Understanding and Semantic Search strategies.
- Define and deliver configurable UX patterns across Expedia Group brands.
- Partner with UX design and research teams to validate usability.
- Drive platform scalability enabling brand-level customization.
- Advocate technical excellence and responsible AI practices.
- Build clear requirements in complex, ambiguous scenarios.
- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to team culture.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of product management experience with expertise in consumer-facing UX and 2-sided marketplaces. Direct experience with AI-driven features and a proven track record in influencing cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong collaboration skills with UX design, research, engineering, and data analytics. A keen understanding of behavioral metrics and a curiosity to learn about user behavior.
