Original Job Summary
Job Summary/Objective
This role acts as an account manager for our partners, communicates with end customers, and prospects new business opportunities. It requires travel, phone/email communication, strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Essential Functions
- Prospect and qualify new partnership inquiries.
- Train new partners on processes, workflow, and systems.
- Manage and build strong relationships with partners.
- Assist partners with funding deals in coordination with underwriting teams.
- Track, report, and review key metrics to identify revenue opportunities.
- Provide channel and industry feedback to management.
- Travel nationwide to meet partners and attend conferences.
Requirements
- Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive attitude.
- Highly coachable with process and detail-oriented problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and build rapport at all levels.
- Organizational skills with strong prioritization and teamwork.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRMs, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
Work Environment
This position is based in a professional office environment with standard office equipment. Some physical activity is required.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, exempt role with occasional evening and weekend work as needed. Duties may change over time.
