Why This Role Matters
As a Data Analyst within the fintech product department, you will deliver actionable insights, analytical solutions, and data-driven intelligence. Your work will support product improvements, risk assessment, A/B testing, and performance optimization by transforming complex datasets into meaningful visualizations and robust reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, analyze, and interpret complex datasets.
- Develop reports, perform trend analysis, and present findings.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests.
- Bridge technical data and business units with clear insights.
- Track operational performance, identify inefficiencies, and validate data outputs.
Who We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis. Experience in Agile environments is a plus. Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas and visualization libraries), statistical analysis, and basic machine learning model building is required.
