Your Mission
You will lead a team of analysts and help them deliver work that creates real business impact. You bring structure to complex or unclear problems and break them into manageable, actionable steps. You coach analysts not only on technical skills but also on prioritisation, critical thinking, and producing insights that drive meaningful change. You foster a culture where evidence guides decisions and where impact is the measure of success.
What You Will Do
- Guide analysts through ambiguous challenges by creating clarity and defining direction.
- Help the team focus on high value work and avoid low impact distractions.
- Review analyses with an emphasis on clarity, rigour, and business relevance and help analysts grow their judgement.
- Stay hands-on with complex analyses, experiments, and strategic deep dives.
- Build shared templates, frameworks, and tools that raise the overall quality and consistency of analytics work.
- Collaborate with leaders in product, marketing, finance, and operations to define meaningful metrics and align on goals.
- Champion strong tracking, documentation, and data modelling practices to ensure a reliable data foundation.
- Provide decision ready insights that include clear recommendations, risks, timelines, and accountable owners.
- Create an environment where curiosity, learning, and knowledge sharing are part of daily work.

Your Profile
Experience
+5 years in data analytics with at least +2 years of leadership, mentoring, or team guiding responsibilities. Experience across product, marketing, finance, or operations analytics is valuable.
Leadership And Impact Orientation
Strong ability to help analysts prioritise, structure problems, and focus on work that moves the needle. Skilled in building alignment across teams and fostering a culture where outcomes matter more than output.
Analytical Skills
Excellent judgement in problem framing, experiment design, and selection of analytical approaches. Comfortable reviewing deep dive analyses, models, and experiments with both technical and business perspective.
Technical Proficiency
Robust SQL skills and strong experience in Python. Familiarity with data modelling concepts, experimentation frameworks, dashboarding, and modern data platforms. Able to evaluate data quality, instrumentation, and analytical code with a critical eye.
Communication And Collaboration
Clear and confident communicator who can influence stakeholders and provide direction through crisp, decision oriented insights. Skilled at expectation setting and navigating trade offs.
Work Approach
Thrives in evolving environments and brings structure where needed. Proactive in identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Values curiosity, mentorship, and building systems that elevate the entire analytics function.
