Sourcing & Procurement Associate

Overview

The Sourcing & Procurement Associate manages the end-to-end sourcing cycle by understanding business needs, performing vendor research, and ensuring all contracts are finalized with favorable terms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sourcing cycle and vendor research.
• Develop and publish RFP in Ariba and other platforms.
• Conduct market research and analyze potential suppliers.
• Lead supplier selection using RFIs, RFPs and negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
• Provide administrative support by managing project plans and documentation.
• Liaise with legal, business, and suppliers to finalize contracts.
• Document and analyze supplier responses and track key metrics.
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and RFx events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years’ relevant experience in sourcing or procurement.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing and supplier management.
• Experience using SAP Ariba in Sourcing and Contract workspace.
• Good project management, business analysis, and process analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (CPSM or PMP) are a plus.
