We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst, Platform Technology to join our dynamic team at EXL. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our production systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Production Issues Tracking spreadsheet, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Generate regular reports as defined, providing essential insights into system performance.
- Produce ad-hoc reports as requested to support business needs and decision-making.
- Anticipate future needs based on current usage patterns and make proactive recommendations.
- Review daily reports and suggest modifications based on identified trends.
- Interface with the Application Development and Database teams to address, define, and resolve problems.
- Acknowledge and effectively communicate reported issues to relevant stakeholders.
