About the Role
EXL is seeking an experienced Automation Lead to drive innovation in delivering dynamic, personalized user experiences. This role involves leveraging Conversational Agents and Generators to create cutting-edge solutions. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining Task and Routine Playbooks, ensuring scalable and goal-oriented dialog flows. A key aspect of this position is to maintain consistency and reusability across workflows, leading to repeatable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Conversational Agents and Generators.
- Create and manage Task and Routine Playbooks for dialog flow management.
- Ensure the scalability and goal-orientation of automated processes.
- Promote consistency and reusability of workflows for efficient business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Analyze and optimize existing automation solutions for performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automation development, preferably with Conversational AI.
