Overview

The Assistant Vice President - Provider Engagement at EXL is responsible for spearheading provider support by designing and developing roadmaps for new and existing solutions. This role demands a balance between innovative solution strategy, project execution and deep provider relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive provider touch strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external customers
• Conduct thorough provider needs analysis and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Plan, manage, and execute projects within defined timelines
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and leadership
• Identify and proactively address potential project roadblocks
• Provide support and feedback throughout the solutions lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 7-10 years in project management and provider relations
• Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience
• Prior healthcare experience with emphasis on Providers
• Expertise in Project Management Methodology; PMP certification preferred
