Responsibilities

  • Strategic Analysis & Insights Development: Analyze clients’ processes and market positioning to identify growth and transformation opportunities.
  • Business Transformation Leadership: Lead projects to assess workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement optimized solutions.
  • Growth-Oriented Planning: Develop and implement strategies using market insights and industry trends to foster revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Account Strategy Development: Build account strategies to strengthen client relationships and improve service delivery.
  • M&A Research and Analysis: Conduct due diligence on merger and acquisition prospects and deliver recommendations.
  • Continuous Market & Industry Research: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams and client stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives.
  • Effective Communication of Insights: Present analyses and strategic recommendations clearly to client stakeholders and senior leadership.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or MBA degree.

Experience: 6-8+ years in healthcare strategy, consulting, or operations. Familiarity with payer and provider environments is a plus.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, financial models, and data analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL).

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Background in claims auditing, healthcare technology (AI, telemedicine, EHR), population health, or business development. Experience with value-based care strategy development is a plus.
