Requirements

This internship is designed for a highly motivated student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, with strong Python skills, familiarity with data manipulation libraries and SQL, and some exposure to machine learning and cloud computing concepts.

About The Role

The Data Scientist Intern will gain hands-on experience in building and deploying production-ready data pipelines and ML models in a cloud environment. This role is ideal for developing a strong foundation in MLOps and Data Science.

  • Data Pipeline Development: Assist with Python pipelines and ETL processes using pandas and NumPy.
  • ML Model Support: Help train and test machine learning models using scikit-learn and other frameworks.
  • Database Operations: Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
  • API Implementation: Contribute to developing REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Support model deployment utilizing Azure cloud services.
  • Data Analysis: Perform exploratory data analyses to validate hypotheses.
