Remote Travel Advisor Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, driven, and detail-oriented Remote Travel Advisor. In this role, you will build itineraries, craft emails, check hotel rates, arrange concierge services, correspond with suppliers, and build a strong network with clients and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Compose emails to clients and suppliers
- Research destination, culinary, and activity recommendations
- Coordinate curated travel arrangements with suppliers
- Update client travel documents and invoices
- Book air, hotel, car, and transportation at competitive rates
- Utilize preferred vendors to minimize costs
- Assist team with various clerical and travel processing tasks
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism or Business a plus
- Relevant travel industry experience
- Passion for travel and inspiring others
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-driven in a remote work environment
- Multilingual abilities are highly regarded
