About the Manager Contracting Role
The Manager Contracting leads a team of contracting specialists to draft, negotiate, and operationalize clinician employment and services agreements. The role serves as the primary point of contact for regional executives, ensuring compliance with Stark, Anti-Kickback, and other healthcare contracting requirements. This individual also identifies and implements improvements to contract templates, workflows, and governance documents.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of contracting specialists.
- Negotiate and operationalize clinician agreements.
- Serve as subject matter expert for regional executives.
- Identify and escalate contract process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare contracting laws.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's Degree in a related field, 5 years experience in legal drafting and negotiation, 4 years leadership experience.
Preferred: Master's or Juris Doctorate Degree, 5 years healthcare compliance experience.
Salary & Locations
