Data Analyst Consultant
SRE at Strategic Resolution Experts is seeking a Data Analyst Consultant to lead data-driven workforce analytics and strategy efforts across multiple federal task order contracts. The role involves integrating and analyzing workforce data from multiple federal systems and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders including senior leadership and Congress.
Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and analyze workforce data from HR systems.
- Create and maintain SQL queries using SQL Server and Azure SQL.
- Develop visual dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
- Conduct workforce gap analyses and competency modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate insights.
- Support strategy alignment with NICE and DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (8140).
- Assist in process improvements and workflow optimization.
Skills and Experience
Applicants must have proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and experience with federal workforce data systems. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required along with a Bachelor's Degree.
Compensation and Work Environment
The estimated salary is between $75,000 and $95,000 per year, with a typical estimate being around $85,000. The position is based in the Washington, D.C. Metro area with remote work options available.
