What You'll Do
Business Development & Lead Generation: Research and qualify high-value prospects, build targeted BDR/SDR campaigns, innovate outreach strategies, follow up on engaged leads, and ensure smooth lead handoffs to Sales.
Growth Marketing & Funnel Strategy: Drive top-of-funnel interest through email nurture, outbound sequences, and multi-channel tactics. Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to develop messaging and conversion channels on platforms like HubSpot.
Event Marketing & Production: Plan and execute in-person and virtual events including ideation, logistics, live support, and reporting. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors for event collateral, travel, and lead tracking in Salesforce.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in marketing operations, campaign execution, or digital marketing support.
- Fluent English with strong attention to detail and collaborative attitude.
- Experience in B2B and/or SaaS technology companies.
- Creative thinking with a guerrilla marketing orientation.
- Proficiency using HubSpot, Canva, Salesforce, Similarweb, and other tracking tools.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
