Overview
The Marketing Operations Manager - Central Region oversees process governance, marketing system management, and operational excellence across 13 countries in the Central Region (DACH & CEE). This role supports both corporate and vendor-led marketing activities through structured workflows, accurate data management, detailed reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Systems & Automation: Maintain data hygiene, contact segmentation, and DOI/compliance adherence.
- Process Governance & Compliance: Define, implement, and optimize marketing processes and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR).
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, marketing KPIs, and overall marketing ROI while offering actionable insights.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Digital Marketing, Vendor Marketing, and Sales/Technical teams to align strategies.
- Project & Campaign Enablement: Support campaign planning, resource allocation, and operational execution.

Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, with proven experience in marketing operations and automation in a B2B/technology environment. Strong communication skills and proficiency in tools like HubSpot and CRM systems.
Reporting & Alignment
Reports to the Head of Country Marketing/Operations and collaborates closely with Vendor Marketing Managers, Digital Marketing Manager, Team Leads, and Sales/Technical teams to ensure regional operational alignment and compliance.
