About the Role
Excis is a global IT support leader driven by innovation and collaboration. We are hiring a L2 Desktop Support Engineer in Bangalore, India. Join our family-like environment to manage hardware, software, and IT assets across multiple locations.
What You'll Do
- Provide onsite and remote support for Windows and Apple devices.
- Handle IMAC tasks and troubleshoot across multiple platforms including VIP/executive users.
- Manage hardware refreshes, warranty repairs, printer and AV system setups.
- Control inventory, asset tagging, and regular reporting.
- Coordinate equipment shipments, returns, vendor repairs and support new hire onboarding.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of IT support experience with Windows 10, macOS, Microsoft Office, and OS deployment.
- Strong networking basics and experience with printers, AV systems, and executive support.
- Excellent customer service, communication, organization, multitasking, and documentation skills.
- Preferred: Experience in automotive manufacturing, MCP and/or A+ certifications, help desk or call center background.
