Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement statistical analysis plans for clinical trials across various phases
• Perform statistical analyses using appropriate methodologies and tools to support project objectives
• Collaborate with clinical teams to interpret data and provide statistical insights that guide decision-making
• Prepare statistical reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all statistical deliverables
• Contribute to the development of study protocols and participate in project meetings to provide statistical input
• Mentor junior statisticians and contribute to the development of statistical best practices within the organization

Requirements

Who You Are

We are looking for a motivated individual who demonstrates a commitment to quality and precision in statistical work.

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in biostatistics within clinical research or pharmaceutical settings

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in statistical software such as R, SAS, or STATA.
• Knowledge of programming languages is a plus

Education

• A Master's degree or higher in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

Language Skills

• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset
