Overview

Organized, outgoing, and love making things happen? ExamWorks is seeking a Client Coordinator to service inquiries from clients, physicians, nurses, or any representative on behalf of a client. This role involves data preparation, data entry, data tracking, documentation, and filing, all executed with a high degree of quality customer service and strict adherence to regulatory and company standards.

Essential Job Functions

  • Handle and promptly respond to inquiries regarding questions, report status, or concerns.
  • Utilize various systems and databases to enter or retrieve client information.
  • Maintain constant communication with the QA department regarding workflow.
  • Contact providers, update databases, file and archive cases.
  • Ensure client information is current and documented as per guidelines.
  • Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, emailing, and proofreading.
  • Assist in resolution of customer complaints and quality assurance issues.
  • Adhere to state, federal, and HIPAA regulations at all times.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent along with at least one year of clerical experience, preferably in a medical or insurance setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer tasks is essential. The candidate must be a qualified typist with at least 40 WPM and possess excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule

This full time remote position requires work Monday to Friday from 10:30am - 7pm CST, with training from 8am - 4:30pm CST.
