We are Examiz – an HR-Tech Startup with brilliant technology, intuitive software, and a quickly scalable business model. We have built, tested, and are now entering the Go-to-Market phase in the DACH region. Now, we only need one thing: a Co-Founder for Business Development & Sales in the DACH region – someone who doesn't ask for the manual, the presentations, or the marketing budget – but just gets started.

What We Don't Offer

If you're looking for corporate security, office yoga, or coffee in bed, this opportunity is not for you. If by sales you only understand sending emails, sorry, but we're not looking for you. We need someone who inspires our customers, can explain innovation as a problem-solver, and builds brilliant partnerships. Someone who grows and is hungry for more. Who gets hands-on but can also build and lead a team.
