Senior Data Analyst
eXalt Lyon, a tech & data consulting firm, is seeking its next Senior Data Analyst to work on high-value decision-making projects in structured and demanding environments. You will join our Data & AI unit, where data meets business challenges and dashboards are always active.

Our consultants support clients like EDF, Crédit Agricole, bioMérieux, and Renault on missions combining performance, clarity, and reliability, including automated reporting, activity monitoring, impact analysis, and data structuring.

Candidate Profile
Expected Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (analysis, extraction, aggregation, modeling).
- Proficiency in Power BI and/or Looker Studio, Tableau, Qlik Sense.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Query, DAX is a plus.
- Ability to build concise, business-oriented dashboards.
- Experience in setting up automated reporting and optimizing existing workflows.
- Experience in decision-support environments (BI) with strong operational or business stakes.
- Good practice with collaborative tools and project management: Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.

- Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, critical mindset.
- Appreciation for clarity, readability, and structured results.
- Aptitude for business discussions and understanding end-user needs.
- Technical autonomy with a strong team spirit.

Interview Process
The interview process typically involves:
- An initial meeting with a Digital Sales Manager for mutual discovery.
- A technical discussion.
- A final interview with an Associate to delve deeper into mission-related issues and mastered challenges.
