As an Accounting MOA Project Manager Consultant, you will be responsible for leading projects within the framework of refactoring our client's auxiliary accounting Information System. You will operate in a complex environment where precision and rigor are paramount. You will serve as the link between business teams, technical teams, and external partners, ensuring that proposed solutions meet business needs while adhering to the project's technical and functional requirements.

Your Main Missions:

• Framing and business needs analysis: You will collect auxiliary accounting business needs and ensure their alignment with the objectives of the refactoring project.
• Functional specifications: You will write detailed functional specifications, with particular attention to auxiliary accounting, translating business needs into technical requirements.
• SQL querying: You will analyze and manipulate accounting data using SQL queries, ensuring the compliance of processed data with accounting standards.
• Project phase management: You will plan and coordinate work, organize follow-up meetings with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• UAT and functional testing follow-up: You will organize and execute functional tests, write test plans, track test cases, and manage anomalies.
• Change management: You will define and implement the change management plan (user training, documentation of accounting processes, etc.).
• Operational condition follow-up: You will ensure the follow-up of new solutions going live and post-production maintenance management.
• Continuous process improvement: You will propose functional and process improvements based on existing audits and user feedback.

Profile Sought:

• Significant experience in general and auxiliary accounting (minimum 5 years), with a solid mastery of auxiliary accounting processes and standards, particularly in the context of Information System refactoring.
• In-depth knowledge of auxiliary accounting: Managing client accounts, supplier accounts, account reconciliation, tracking receipts and payments, managing balances and accounting reconciliations.
• SQL querying skills: You are capable of extracting, analyzing, and manipulating complex accounting data.
• Writing and documentation: You are rigorous and possess strong writing skills to produce functional specifications, training documents, communication materials, and project reports.
• Experience in functional UAT: You know how to write test plans, execute test cases, and manage anomalies in an accounting environment.
• Interpersonal and organizational skills: You are able to work with multidisciplinary teams (business, IT, external partners) and lead projects with rigor, while remaining flexible and proactive.
