Job Description

As an AD Expert, your autonomy and proactive approach will be fully utilized as you take on expert missions or large-scale projects. Depending on the assignments, you will be led to:

• Architecture and Design: Participate in defining technical architectures around identity, in line with security and performance challenges.
• Security: Integrate best security practices into identity and access management services (Tiering Model, ORADAD, Ping Castle, etc.).
• Identity Management: Administer identities and access rights via Active Directory and associated tools.
• Identity Governance: Implement identity governance solutions offered by Microsoft Entra ID (Lifecycle Workflow, Access Review, etc.).
• Environment Migration: Lead projects for updating or migrating Active Directory environments.
• Environment Modernization: Support migration projects to hybrid cloud solutions, particularly around Microsoft ENTRA ID.
• Watch and Innovation: Contribute to roadmap evolution and the adoption of the latest technological solutions.

Technical Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience with Active Directory environments and identity-related subjects.
• Mastery of Active Directory: identity management, GPO, advanced administration.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft ENTRA ID.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams…).
• Knowledge of security posture tools (Ping Castle, ORADAD, Microsoft Defender for Identity, etc.).
• Sensitivity to security, compliance, and IAM challenges.
• Experience in migration projects and identity solution deployment.

Qualifications

With a BAC+5 degree in engineering, you have at least 3 years of experience and a successful track record in complex projects involving Microsoft technologies. You enjoy teamwork and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to achieve project success. You work autonomously and can quickly gain expertise in technical subjects. You are proactive and driven by continuous improvement of development practices. You can challenge and synthesize client business problems to derive an adequate technical solution aligned with architecture best practices, while maintaining optimized complexity and cost. A good level of English and one or more Microsoft certifications would be a plus. Experience: 3 - 5 years.
