About The Project
As an Associate AI Engineer, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to building internal LLM projects. These initiatives span from client-facing demos to cutting-edge R&D, offering invaluable hands-on experience that prepares you for commercial client engagements. You'll engage in the entire development lifecycle, from initial ideation and brainstorming through implementation, testing, and solution evaluation. This role provides a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with AI Engineers at all levels, fostering a supportive, mentorship-driven environment where you can continuously learn and develop your skills.
What You’ll Do
- Build LLM applications.
- Brainstorm ideas for LLM projects and their implementation.
- Take part in the full development cycle: from ideation and brainstorming, through implementation, to testing and evaluation of solutions.
- Learn and develop your skills by working together with other AI Engineers (ranging from Associate to Lead).
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM (or equivalent hands-on experience or bootcamp) as minimum; master's or PhD degree is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Experience in software engineering, data science, or LLM engineering.
- Knowledge of Python packages for LLMs (LangChain, LangGraph, LangFuse, vector DBs) and ML (PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- NLP and language modelling knowledge.
- DevOps/MLOps experience.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Nice to Have
- Good grasp of mathematics and statistics, including Linear algebra, probability, and basic calculus, as well as statistical testing and basic modeling techniques.
- Research interest and experience.
