Clinical Genomics Review Specialist

At Exact Sciences, we are changing how the world prevents, detects, and guides treatment for cancer. The Clinical Genomics Review Specialist collaborates cross-functionally to support genetic curation, health information management, and business initiatives.

Position Details

This role involves translating clinical information to phenotype ontology for genomic testing and curating multi-gene panels based on published literature and professional guidelines.

Essential Duties

• Support clinical curation of databases, test menus, and multi-gene panels.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to maintain clinical information streams.
• Abstract clinical information for phenotype-driven testing products.
• Act as a subject matter expert on ethical considerations in genetic testing.
• Support timely test results and contribute to quality reports and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA and CAP regulations.
• Participate in company initiatives, quality management, and policy development.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Genetic Counseling.
• ABGC/CCGC Board Certified or eligible.
• Ability to meet essential duties with or without accommodation.
• Authorization to work in the country where the work is performed.
