About The Role
ExaCare AI is hiring a BizOps Strategy and Systems Lead to help design, build, and scale the operational infrastructure that powers our rapidly expanding BizOps team. We are looking for someone to own and stand up the BizOps Strategy and Systems function. This is a mission critical role needed for ExaCare to sustain and accelerate its current growth trajectory. This role will play a central part in shaping how ExaCare’s operations scale over the next several years.
Working closely with the VP of Ops, this individual will focus on building the systems, workflows, and internal tooling necessary to enable our team to operate efficiently. They will be tasked with thinking through how we can feasible go from 1,500 facilities to more than 10,000 facilities. This person will be foundational in identifying operational bottlenecks and leveraging data and insights to improve how our teams work and implement scalable solutions that increase the speed and capacity needed for ExaCare to achieve its goals.
The role requires someone who enjoys diving into complex operational and technical workflows, redesigning processes, and building systems that allow teams to execute more effectively at scale. They will work cross functionally with product and engineering teams to automate manual work and develop internal tools that support customer onboarding and broader business operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, and is motivated by building the foundational systems that will allow ExaCare to scale.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate how our BizOps customer onboarding and implementation teams work today and design operational systems that improve efficiency and team capacity as we scale
- Identify manual, repetitive, or fragile workflows and develop scalable solutions through automation, internal tooling, and process redesign
- Partner closely with product and engineering to translate operational pain points into custom tools and automations
- Use data and operational insights to identify risk areas, surface opportunities, and recommend improvements as we continue to expand our product and verticals; this could include establishing new processes, adoption of third-party tools, internal automation or other development, new role hirings
- Own and prioritize the roadmap for operational improvements across BizOps, ensuring the highest impact initiatives are executed as the company scales
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives related to scale, process excellence, and operational maturity
- Standup, manage and grow the BizOps Strategy & System function and team
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations or similar functions in high-growth tech-forward environments
- Experience in a high growth tech SaaS environment is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to work on and understand technically complex projects and program manage workflows
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to go deep into operational details
- Experience building or improving systems, workflows, and operational processes that support scale
- A strong track record of moving from problem identification to successful implementation, especially in ambiguous environments
- Comfortable working closely with technical product and engineering teams to scope and implement internal tools, automations, or process improvements
- Prior experience managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives with significant ownership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong analytical and structured problem solving abilities
