About the Role
As a Sustainability Co-Founder CTO at EWOR, you will own, build, and run your startup within the sustainability field, with the option of receiving a salary or up to €500k in funding. You will embark on a personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders and connect with a community of top founders, peers and investors.

Responsibilities
As our Sustainability Co-Founder CTO, you will:
- Own, build, and run your startup in sustainability.
- Engage in a customized personal development program.

- Iterate your product until reaching product-market-fit.
- Build up a sales force or marketing engine with our support.
Requirements
Candidates must:
- Be based in Europe, the Americas or be open to relocate.
- Take full responsibility for scaling a startup to €100M+ in revenues.
- Have excellent English communication skills.
