- A competitive salary while you dedicate yourself to building your startup, as you will be directly employed by us. Alternatively, you can opt for up to €500k in initial funding.

Key Responsibilities of the Fintech Co-Founder / CTO
- You will take full ownership, build, and actively run your own startup, focusing on fields such as Fintech.
- You will undertake an intensive personal development journey, custom-designed by unicorn founders, encompassing a tailored program to enhance your goal, time, and energy management.
- You will receive substantial hiring support through our network of over 50,000 professionals, along with expert advice and best practices from seasoned serial entrepreneurs.
- You will benefit from intensive coaching to ensure your startup is primed to raise millions in funding.
- You will continuously iterate your product with our guidance until achieving product-market-fit and receive comprehensive support in establishing a sales force or creating a powerful marketing engine.
Requirements for a Fintech Co-Founder / CTO
- You are currently based in Europe or the Americas, or you are open to relocating.
- You possess a strong willingness to assume complete responsibility for your own startup and drive its growth to exceed €100M in revenues.
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills in the English language.
