Fintech Co-Founder / CTO at EWOR
We are seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to co-found and scale their own innovative startups within the Fintech sector. Your Tasks:
- Take full ownership of building, running, and scaling your Fintech startup.

- Receive support in hiring through EWOR's vast network of over 50,000 professionals and gain best practices from seasoned serial entrepreneurs.
- Benefit from intensive coaching to prepare your startup for successful multi-million euro funding rounds.
- Iterate and refine your product with EWOR's support until achieving product-market-fit, and receive assistance in establishing a strong sales force or a powerful marketing engine.
Requirements:
- You are currently based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate to one of these regions.
- You possess the drive and willingness to take full responsibility for your own startup, aiming to scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English.
