As a Fintech Co-Founder CTO, you will join a unique program designed to foster the next generation of unicorn companies.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Take full ownership, build, and actively run your own startup, focusing on fields such as Fintech.
• Participate in an extensive personal development journey, meticulously crafted by unicorn founders, with a fully customized program enhancing your goal, time, and energy management.
• Benefit from our vast network of over 50,000 professionals for hiring support and receive best practices and advice from seasoned serial entrepreneurs.
• Undergo intensive coaching to prepare your startup for raising millions in funding.
• Iterate and refine your product with our support until product-market fit is achieved, and receive assistance in establishing a sales force or creating an effective marketing engine.

Requirements

• You are currently based in Europe or the Americas, or are willing to relocate to one of these regions.
• You are prepared to take complete responsibility for your startup and are driven to scale it to over €100M in revenues.
• You possess excellent communication skills in English.
