Tasks

• You will take full ownership, build, and operate your own startup, focusing on fields such as Fintech.
• You will embark on a comprehensive personal development journey, meticulously designed by unicorn founders, following a fully customized program to enhance your goal, time, and energy management.
• You will be supported in hiring through our extensive network of over 50,000 professionals and receive invaluable advice and best practices from seasoned serial entrepreneurs.
• You will undergo intensive coaching to prepare your startup for raising millions in funding.
• You will collaboratively iterate on your product with us until achieving product-market fit, and receive assistance in developing a strong sales force or establishing an effective marketing engine.

Requirements

• You are based in Europe or the Americas, or you are willing to relocate.
• You are prepared to assume full responsibility for your startup and commit to scaling it to achieve over €100M in revenues.
• You possess excellent communication skills in the English language.
