About EWOR
EWOR is actively seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups. We are backed by serial entrepreneurs such as Paul Müller (founder of Adjust, with a €1.2B exit) and Petter Made (founder of SumUp, with an €8B valuation), who are dedicated to supporting outlier personalities and serial entrepreneurs in building companies valued at €1B+.

Responsibilities of a Biotech Co-Founder / Head of Growth
- You will take full ownership, build, and operate your own startup, specifically within fields such as Biotech.
- You will embark on an extensive personal development journey, meticulously crafted by unicorn founders, following a fully customised programme focused on enhancing your goal, time, and energy management skills.
- You will receive substantial support in hiring through our extensive network of over 50,000 professionals, along with expert advice and best practices from seasoned serial entrepreneurs.
- You will benefit from intensive coaching to prepare your startup for raising millions in funding.
- You will continuously iterate your product with our guidance until achieving product-market-fit, and receive support in establishing an effective sales force or creating a powerful marketing engine.
Requirements
- You are currently based in Europe or the Americas, or you are open to relocation.
- You are willing to assume full responsibility for your own startup and possess the drive to scale it to generate over €100M in revenues.
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills in the English language.
