Your Key Responsibilities

• You will take full ownership, build, and actively run your startup, particularly focusing on innovative fields such as AI.
• Embark on a rigorous personal development journey, meticulously crafted by unicorn founders, encompassing a fully customized program to enhance your goal, time, and energy management skills.
• Receive robust support in hiring through EWOR's extensive network of over 50,000 professionals, coupled with expert advice and best practices from seasoned serial entrepreneurs.
• Benefit from intensive coaching specifically designed to prepare your startup for successful multi-million euro funding rounds.
• Collaborate with us to iterate and refine your product until achieving definitive product-market-fit, alongside receiving comprehensive support in developing a powerful sales force or an effective marketing engine.

Requirements for Success

• You are currently based in Europe or the Americas, or demonstrate a willingness to relocate.
• You possess the drive and commitment to take full responsibility for your own startup, with the ambition to scale it to generate over €100M in revenues.
• You exhibit excellent communication skills, proficient in the English language.
