About The Client
Our client is a modern fintech company specializing in payment processing and crypto gateways, with a strong focus on the iGaming sector. They operate as a high-risk PSP, prioritizing structure, transparency, and disciplined execution as they scale toward ISO-quality standards.
Role Overview
The Transaction Support Specialist joins the operations team to ensure smooth transaction flows across multiple payment systems. This role focuses on control, coordination, and calm problem-solving to keep processes transparent and clients informed.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor daily transaction flows and detect anomalies.
- Handle partner inquiries and provide timely updates.
- Escalate incidents to IT, ML, and finance teams.
- Maintain clear documentation and create analytics in Excel.
- Build and update an internal knowledge base.
- Occasionally respond to alerts outside working hours.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 6 months experience in fintech, payment operations, or transaction monitoring. Must understand financial transaction processing, be detail-oriented, structured, and reliable under pressure. Strong Excel skills and basic API documentation understanding are required. Proficiency in English and Russian is essential.
Nice to Have
Experience with support or ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Jira, or Freshdesk. Analytical thinking and familiarity with escalation processes are additional assets.
Work Setup
This is a full-time role preferably based in Riga, with remote possibilities within the EU. Occasional alerts outside standard hours and a clear career growth path are provided.
