What You'll Do
Lead Evolve's entire growth function: acquisition, conversion, retention, and scaling. This is not a traditional marketing director who delegates and reviews slides – it's someone who understands each channel from within, can get their hands dirty when needed, and has the vision to build the complete system. Coordinate 6 areas: Funnel & Customer Journey, CRO & UX, Paid Media, Lead Management & Revenue, Reputation/SEO/GEO, and Automation/MarTech. Once this person is solid, they will reduce the need for external support and become the real owner of Evolve's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Leadership
Define and execute Evolve's growth strategy: channels, budget, objectives. Not just designing – executing and being accountable for results in all areas with a growth and scaling mindset.
Paid Media + Channels
Not only knows paid media platforms from the inside out but also has a cross-channel view to enhance the work between them. Has managed accounts, knows how to read real data, can diagnose an account in 30 minutes. Doesn't need to rely on the Paid Media Manager to understand what's happening.
UX, CRO & Funnel
Expert in digital experience, owning the end-to-end conversion rate: from the first click to enrollment, through nurturing and post-contact experience via hybrid multi-touch funnels and/or with scoring (WhatsApp, Email Marketing, SMS, etc.). Identifies bottlenecks, proposes experiments, measures results.
Conversion Copywriting
Preserve and diversify Evolve's narrative (promises, claims, value framing) through ads, landing pages, emails, and content, focusing on conversion, authority, reputation, and brand perception. Masters copywriting: structures messages for direct response without losing the premium ecosystem tone.
SEO / GEO & Reputation
Vision for organic search engine positioning and generative AI. Coordinates with the content team for SEO and brand coherence.
Automation & MarTech
Evaluates and adopts tools that reduce manual work and improve team efficiency. Not the one who builds them – but the one who decides what's worth it and why.
Reporting & Data
Weekly: what's working, what's not, what to change. With real data, not narratives. Connects marketing numbers with the sales pipeline and revenue.
Link Between Sales & Marketing
Ownership of the entire funnel until a student with a very satisfactory experience acts as a referral. Bridges with product, careers, and sales to define which actions feed back into the different marketing areas.
