Role Overview - Security Analyst III
This role supports the security and vulnerability management program, ensuring Evolent’s systems and assets remain secure. The position involves working with various stakeholders to identify and remediate security gaps.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the security, threat, and vulnerability management program.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance processes and cover gaps.
- Expand scanning coverage and improve security of Docker images and web applications.
- Conduct health checks for security tools and maintain asset records.
- Create and review KPIs and reports using SIEM tools.
- Generate reports and dashboards to offer actionable insights.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures and Working Instructions.
Required Experience & Technical Requirements
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Security, Computer Science or a related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with patch management, Microsoft Windows and Linux environments, and vulnerability management tools such as Tenable or Qualys is essential. Certification such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH is preferred.
Additional security measures include identity verification, background checks, I-9 verification, and drug screening. At-home technical requirements include high speed internet over 10 Mbps with direct router connection capability.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range is $88,300 to $128,100, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits including health insurance.
