As an Intelligence Engineer: Quality and Outcome Validator, you will define what quality means for AI outputs in a live production environment, setting the standards before rapid scaling makes these decisions more complex. What You'll Own

• Quality Intelligence: Analyze production, staging, and test data to identify patterns, anomalies, and early warning signals before they escalate into incidents.
• Quality Metrics & System Health: Design and own indicators that reflect risk and highlight areas of fragility accumulation, providing actionable insights beyond simple pass/fail counts.
• Systemic Root Cause Investigations: Lead end-to-end investigations for recurring defects, ensuring they are fixed at the source.
• Engineering Partnership: Collaborate directly with engineers to validate assumptions, challenge incomplete fixes, and prevent regressions before code ships.
• Visibility Tooling: Build lightweight queries, scripts, or dashboards to create a shared view of system health for engineering and operations teams.
• Proactive Risk Identification: Be the first to know where the system is becoming fragile, surfacing hidden risks before they reach production.
