As a Process and Change Management Lead, Service Operations, you will partner closely with operations and service leadership, alongside product owners, to deeply understand current challenges. Your work will involve identifying critical areas for improvement and translating these insights into scalable solutions that drive successful change adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional discussions to accurately map current state workflows and define optimized future state processes.
- Identify process gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for significant improvement.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable documentation and establish process standards.
- Collaborate effectively with product and training teams to ensure successful rollouts of new initiatives.
- Develop compelling communications and strategic adoption plans for key initiatives.
- Ensure field teams are well-equipped and fully embrace new tools and refined processes.
