Job Summary
The Product Manager at EveryMatrix will own and organize roadmaps for the Platform team with a strong focus on payments. The role involves mentoring a team of Payments Product Owners, maintaining related live services, and developing cutting-edge micro-services to enhance the payments functionality.
What You'll Get to Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three Payments Product Owners.
- Define and own the payments product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to outline scope, goals and deliverables.
- Partner with technical teams to deliver new payment features while managing technical debt.
- Break down complex requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Manage comprehensive product documentation and workflows.
- Oversee the prioritization process across payment initiatives.
- Present strategy, KPIs, and progress to senior leadership.
- Act as the main escalation point for payments-related issues.
- Analyze payments performance to drive continuous optimization.
- Stay ahead of payment trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
What You Need to Know
- 5+ years in product management with at least 2 years in leadership roles.
- 3+ years of experience in payments within the iGaming industry.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Track record in defining and delivering payments product strategies across markets.
- Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical capabilities.
- Passion for innovation in payments and continuous product improvement.
- Highly organized, self-motivated with proven project delivery capability.
