Administration Assistant

Location: Bankstown

Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm)

Salary: $28.00 - $32.96 per hour (depending on experience)

About The Role

As an Administration Assistant at Everyday Independence, you will engage in a variety of tasks daily. Last week's activities included:

  • Scheduling therapy sessions using Skedulo, aligning with participant's Therapy Plans or Habit Coach Action Plans.
  • Rescheduling sessions due to practitioner or participant unavailability.
  • Onboarding new participants, explaining our social model service delivery and setting expectations.
  • Conducting over-the-phone risk assessments and recording identified risks to ensure safety.
  • Maintaining accurate Service Agreements for participants.
  • Attending weekly team meetings, sharing impact stories and fostering team camaraderie.
  • Collaborating with the administration team for efficient task completion.
  • Providing professional and emotionally intelligent customer service via phone, in person, and email, prioritizing participant experience.

To Be Considered For This Role You’ll Need

  • Demonstrated experience with scheduling or rostering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in administration with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
  • High proficiency in managing client databases and practice administration systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Ability to take ownership of participant satisfaction by meeting and exceeding customer needs.
  • A proactive approach with a sense of urgency, clear prioritization, and task completion focus.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Positive team contribution to achieve collective objectives.
  • A 'can-do', problem-solver attitude towards daily challenges.
  • Adaptability and openness to feedback for continuous growth and improvement.
  • Experience in the NDIS/Disability sector is desirable but not essential.
  • Must obtain a Working With Children’s Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check prior to commencement.
