The Impact You Will Make
As the Sales Manager at Everstory, you will lead all sales initiatives and practices, develop our front line Sales Counselors, and drive performance through a customer-focused experience. Your role is to:
- Collaborate with sales staff to achieve sales goals.
- Monitor production and develop the sales team.
- Hire, promote, and train staff following company policies.
- Deliver effective presentations to clients.
- Communicate with all departments to support location needs.
- Conduct daily evaluations of sales activities and recommend best practices.
- Coordinate employee scheduling for uninterrupted coverage.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of sales experience in a B2C industry.
- 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
- Proven leadership, customer service, sales, and communication skills.
- Ability to supervise, motivate, and train sales personnel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professionalism and confidence in client interactions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement.
- Willingness to obtain any necessary professional licensing within 90 days.
