About the Role
The Sales Counselor at Everstory Partners sells pre-need and at-need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property and merchandise. The role assists families with funeral selections and attends services. Earnings include an estimated first-year range of $45,000 - $55,000, with uncapped commission and a training pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks.
Leads are generated through walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive lead generation and prospecting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
- 1 year of sales experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) and CRM experience.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, problem solving, organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends.
