About the Role
The Sales Counselor role at Everstory Partners offers uncapped commission and earnings, with an estimated first-year earning range of $55,000 - $85,000. In this role, you will sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory along with cemetery services, property, and merchandise. You will assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
Leads are generated through a mix of walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive lead generation and prospecting. A 6-week training period is paid at $18.00 per hour.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education preferred in Business, Marketing, or Sales).
- 1 year of sales experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for offsite client meetings and community events (mileage reimbursed).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM systems, with lead management preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
