About the Role
This Sales Counselor role offers an estimated first-year earnings range of $55,000 - $85,000, including an hourly wage and uncapped commission. This position sells pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory as well as cemetery services, property, and merchandise. The role assists families with funeral selections and attends services. Leads are generated through walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting.
Training is provided at $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
- 1 year of sales experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required; offsite appointments are part of the role with mileage reimbursement provided.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) and experience with CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
