About the Role

Estimated first-year earnings include hourly wage and commission with uncapped potential. This Sales Counselor role involves selling pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery services, property, and merchandise. The position helps families with funeral selections and attends services. Leads are generated from walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting.

Training is provided at $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education preferred in Business, Marketing, or Sales).
  • 1 year of sales experience is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) and experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Availability to work holidays, evenings, and weekends as required.
