Original Job Summary

The Role

Everseen is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer II to own the testing of low-level backend systems and lightweight UIs with a strong focus on automation and performance validation.

What You'll Do

  • Perform both functional and non-functional testing for edge and cloud-based applications.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks using tools such as JMeter, Robot Framework, Selenium, or Python.
  • Execute regression tests to ensure new updates do not affect existing functionalities.
  • Analyze specifications and data to refine testing strategies and identify performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with development and operational teams to review test cases, bug reports, and technical documentation.

Collaborating With

You will work closely with Everseen’s Engineering, DevOps, Product, Operations teams and customer technical teams.

Profile And Skills

  • 2-3+ years in QA roles, preferably within global SaaS companies.
  • Strong expertise in test automation using Python, Java, or similar languages.
  • Experience testing backend APIs, microservices, and small web interfaces.
  • Familiarity with performance/load testing tools such as JMeter, Locust, or Gatling.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Linux systems, Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure Blob Storage, and ElasticSearch.
  • Excellent debugging and technical documentation skills.
