New Madrid Office - Shape the Future

As one of the initial hires in the new Madrid office, you will play a crucial role in shaping its culture, work ethic, and collaborative spirit. You'll be part of an integrated global team, contributing to both local ambitions and international standards.

Internship Overview (6 Months)

This six-month internship is designed for hands-on contribution to priority projects. You will collaborate closely with experienced teammates, gaining valuable experience and building a strong foundation for your future career.

Key Responsibilities

• Build impactful products: Take full ownership of projects from conception to deployment, developing systems used by millions and scaling them into robust products.
• Leverage AI in development: Integrate advanced AI tools into your workflow—design, implementation, testing, and documentation—to accelerate development while maintaining high standards for quality and reliability.
• Master diverse technologies: Work across varied technology stacks, from monoliths to microservices, gRPC to REST, and Python to Rust, applying technologies thoughtfully based on project needs and focusing on depth over trends.
• Drive simplification: Continuously question complexity, improving architectures, pipelines, and codebases to create simpler, more scalable, and maintainable systems.
