Role Overview
As a Freelance Senior CRM Marketing Manager, you will provide short-term support to our CRM team. You will plan, manage, and optimize data-driven CRM campaigns throughout the entire customer journey. By analyzing and segmenting customer data, you will ensure personalized and relevant customer communication. Your goal is to strengthen customer loyalty and sustainably increase Customer Lifetime Value.
Your Potential at Evernest:
- CRM Marketing Manager: You will generate personalized marketing experiences and be responsible for targeted communication and retention of existing customers.
- Implementation: You will conceptualize, plan, and implement personalized marketing activities (online/offline) and optimize measures based on KPIs.
- Strategy: You will develop and be responsible for the CRM strategy to sustainably strengthen customer relationships and drive data-based growth.
- Progress: You will optimize existing and develop new processes for continuous improvement of collaboration, including through automation and standardization.
- Network Building: You will expand the network of service providers.
- Analysis: You will be responsible for reporting and tracking marketing measures.
What You Bring:
- Experience: You have several years of experience in implementing and managing marketing activities (online/offline) and an affinity for digital communication and content.
- Project Management: You have extensive experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools and are confident in advising and managing business partners.
- Creativity: You develop creative ideas and work independently and proactively on new solutions.
- Tools: You are proficient in Klaviyo, G Suite, Keynote, SendGrid, Adobe Creative Cloud, CMS tools like Contentful, and project management tools like Asana or Intercom. You also have knowledge of data protection and GDPR.
- Interest: Ideally, you are passionate about real estate and lifestyle brands.
