Business Analyst

About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who enjoys working closely with the business and knows how to turn data into clear, practical insights. If you like talking to people, understanding how things really work, and using tools like Power BI, SQL, and Tabular Editor to support good decisions, this could be a great match.

What You Will Work On

• Work with the business on real problems: You’ll spend a lot of time with stakeholders across functions, discussing their challenges, understanding what they need to run the business, and helping them prioritize what matters.
• Translate needs into concrete reporting and analysis: Based on discussions, you will build dashboards, reports, and analytical views in Power BI that clearly show performance, trends, and improvement areas.
• Create well‑structured data models: You’ll help us understand our commercial data landscape, collaborate with data engineers to bring new data into our SQL environment, and ensure that the underlying structure makes sense before building anything on top of it. You’ll develop SQL views and data models based on best‑practice modeling principles, ensuring we have clean, transparent and consistent logic behind our data models using Tabular Editor.
• Operate in a DevOps setup: We work in a DevOps environment using Azure DevOps with repos, pull requests, pipelines, and version control. You’ll be part of that workflow, reviewing changes, committing updates, and helping keep our development process structured and transparent.
• Improve and simplify existing reporting: A good portion of the job is making current reports better, cleaner visuals, clearer structures, faster performance, and definitions that make sense to the business.

What We Imagine You Bring

• Around 2+ years of BI or analytical experience, preferably in roles with close stakeholder interaction.
• Experience with: Power BI (visuals, DAX), SQL (extracting, reviewing, validating data and building views), Tabular Editor (best practices, model management), SAP (understanding commercial and finance data from ERP).
• A good understanding of business processes and how to translate them into data models and KPIs.
• The ability to communicate clearly and explain insights without unnecessary complexity.
• A collaborative mindset and interest in working across teams.
• A degree in a relevant field.
