About the Role
In this role as Engineering Manager, Product Engineering at Everlaw, you will build features and functionality for the Everlaw core product. Collaborate with Product, Design, DevOps, Security Engineering and application engineering leads to synthesize requirements and prioritize efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead roadmapping, resource planning, and execution for critical features.
- Support and coach engineers in their career development and growth.
- Collaborate with Engineering Operations to improve processes and goal-setting.
- Critically assess Everlaw’s platform, tooling, and processes.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to align on technical roadmaps and challenges.
Qualifications
- BS/MS or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years as a senior engineer building product features and full-stack web applications.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership role for software engineers.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with stakeholder management and technical roadmap setting.
